Opus Domini Lite App Reviews

I have been wanting an electronic day planner for a while now because I carry my iPhone and MacBook Pro around just about everywere with me, so I dont want to carry a day planner too. I happened to find the Mac version and tried the lite version and sofar it is great and easy to use. I can easily add and rearange my daily tasks, create reacurring daily tasks, and forward tasks to another day if I dont get them completed. Dont forget that you can easily add notes too! In many respects this is much easier than using an old fassioned paper day planner!! I plan to purchase the full version as soon as I get my iPad so to get the iCloud syncing features.

I love this for keeping track of assignments and appointments. The only complaint is that I have a hard time saving formatting in daily notes. Other than that, this is awesome!

Promising but a few problems noted: crashed a few times while setting location for weather reports, cant delete an event, tired of being constantly told "I cant set reminder for event", and window is too small.

its a good app but a bit complicated for me. I did not like the categories listed in the app. But overall the app works good.

When searching for weather information, it crashes every time, so I cant add weather. I tried to also click through some of the tabs and the page turning was unusually slow. Looks promising, but immediate stability issues are a cause for concern.

It could be a great app but until it can sync with my google calendar/tasks it is useless.

Please fix the glitch. :/ I love this app but I’m having the same problems as the others that have reviewed this recently.

This is perfect - feels and looks like a real organizer, I love the entries, how it is all laid out, the tabs and what’s on them - a real organizer. If only I didn’t have Day One already! I only chipped in a review because I just wanted to let you know just great your app is… come to think of it, I just might re-buy again? Sigh. And I like the way that it doesn’t automatically back up to icloud. I feel like one password security leak is too risky - and it connects to all your stuff.

I really like this app, but for some reason I cannot retrieve my password so there is no way to enter the application.

Tried to install it twice. Just kept crashing and giving me an error report.

I love how this app really helps with the Calendar app already installed on the mac. I opened this app up, and my calendar events were already there in a neat and organized manner.

Most of the calendars have multiple entries (Calendar, Tasks, Holidays, etc.), all have multiple entries in the hide/show preferences dialog). Why? Makes no sense. Hiding calendars works, but you have to click on a different day and then click back to see the changes. If any calendars have the same name as other calendars (which, working in an office with Outlook, everyones calendar is named "Calendar"), they all are considered to be the same calendar by Opus Domini, so nothing works right.

Installed it, first, second and third try crashed. Removed it.

I love everything about this app except that it will not sync with my reminders, even though I have it set up to have access to them. This is my only issue…but it is an important issue. Please either share with me a solution or fix it! Thank you!

They offer an iPad version of this, seems like they should be able to sync up, but they can’t. Seems like a huge swing and a miss.

I selected not to allow it to access my calendar, and that was all she wrote. CRASH!!!! TEST FELLAS.. and not with 12 dollar an hour JC wannabe developers.

Within 10 minutes of using it, all my tasks on a certain day were erased, the ones on a another day appeared only once in a while. The concept is nice, but the idea was executed horribly.

Honestly this app is worth it. It’s very helpful with organization and stuff, plus it’s free. Just get it, you won’t regret it.
